Suspicious Death?

Russia’s ambassador to the UN, Vitaly Churkin, has died in New York, the Russian foreign ministry has said. (1) He became ill in his office at Russia’s U.N. mission and was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, where he died Monday. (2nd report)

His cause of death wasn’t immediately known and no other details have been released.
Why not?
Silence is a catalyst for supposition and as no one Western likes the Russians, I’m thinking a ‘postmortem‘ is needed and a quick cause of death proclaimed.

This could be mighty embarrassing for the US administration if this is not done fast enough to stop the conspiracy theorists running wild.
