I’m all for a free bilateral exchange of security Intel between allies.
Well some ‘allies’ anyway.
What annoys me is when that Intel is then splashed across the tabloid press.
Not as a leak, more like a tap running flat-out.
Stuff which is in the open domain (for example social media), or stuff a half decent investigative journalist can turn up is a different matter, but I was a bit amazed when the US press start printing crime scene pictures of Manchester, specifically that damn detonator.
Putting that aside, at last the foolish UK government have openly admitted that the scum sucker who detonated in Manchester was part of a ‘network’. It wasn’t rocket science to work that one out but they needed time to cover their political behinds in the truly unique way the British government has always done……
What is galling is they still won’t name or even protest at the root problem. Islam.
Know what the funny bit about it?
By writing that, the UK’s thought police will probably have just added me to their ‘domestic’ watch list.
All bombers are Muslims, then the counter of the weak, but not all Muslims are terrorists.
Hang on though. In 2016 the Gatestone Institution published a 615-page survey which found that more than 100,000 British Muslims sympathize with suicide bombers and people who commit other terrorist acts. Moreover, only one in three British Muslims (34%) would contact the police if they believed that somebody close to them had become involved with jihadists.
Wiki:-A YouGov survey for the Daily Telegraph, published two weeks after the July 2005 bombings in the London Underground, showed that 88% of British Muslims were opposed to the bombings, while 6% (about 100,000 individuals) fully supported them, and one British Muslim in four expressed some sympathy with the motives of the bombers. A 2007 poll found that one Muslim in four thought the Government had staged the bombings and framed the Muslims convicted.
End of story for me. If you support the problem, you are part of the problem.
So I’ve sat here, read and listened to all manner of ‘official’ outpourings of regret, but the one thing I haven’t heard or read about is ANGER. Anyway, that reaction would be immediately written up by the media as Right Wing Extremism.
What is Right Wing Extremism anyway?
To me its legitimate anger to events caused by the unwanted or terrorists that go unpunished by the government concerned.
You wanna know why the West is lost?
Policies of appeasement, and not making the consequences of terrorism too dreadful for it to carry on.
