1100 miles, 3 times 18 hour days (15 of them hours each time spent driving).
Square eyes from trolling the web, loads of B.S. and lies from sellers and their agents (realtors), and Monday we finally found one we liked.
To be more accurate, we’ve found one we can work with.
Price is fair, condition ‘dry’, and it’s a bungalow.
Needs work but hey, doesn’t everything?
What’s next? Buying the darn thing.
We made an offer, it was accepted!
Thus the paperwork to start the whole process is “in the post”.
What now? We wait.
Forever the pessimist, a million and one things can go wrong with the buying process so I’m not holding my breath (yet).
